Can i return my item/s if i do not like them?

Yes! Please return in original condition within 14 days from the day you receive your item for exchange or refund. Please note we will only accept item/s back for refund if they are packaged in a suitable condition and not wrapped up like a football, they must be in a resalable condition.

How long does my exchange take to arrive?

Once we receive your returned item/s we will dispatch your exchange the same working day (subject to availability) if your item/s are not in stock you will be contacted to see what you would like to do moving forward.

How long does a refund take to go in to my account?

When we receive your returned item/s we issue the refund the same working day and it should reach your account within 2-3 working days, this is down to your bank provider and out of our hands. 

I dont fit the sizes you have on your website, can i change the trouser size?

We can change the trousers on any split colour style! if they are black or navy not a problem! All you have to do is order your correct jacket size for eg 42R/36W then when you checkout there is a special instructions box where you can add comments. Please enter what size you would like in the box.

Please note this is subject to available sizes we have so you may want to contact us first before purchasing to see if we have the sizes in stock.

Can you order in styles that are currently out of stock?

All of our styles are one off styles and mostly limited edition. One they are gone, they are gone! We bring in fresh new styles every 5/6 weeks.

When will you be doing bigger sizes?

We currently stock up to size 60R/54W in our exclusive collection. 

Do you have a store where i can try them on?

We have a showroom where you can try and buy. We also have a bigger collection in store with limited edition styles to buy in store only!
