How do refunds work for Klarna?

Delivery Details

All parcels sent to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands) are sent via DPD. DPD provide a Next Working Day Delivery Service and will email/text you on the day of delivery to advise of the one hour time slot that you can expect your parcel to be delivered within. For Non-Mainland UK addresses and the Scottish Highlands we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next working day delivery between 8:00am - 1:00pm.

Please note that in order to have your order shipped on the next working day service, you must place your order before 3.00pm on a working day. Any orders placed after 3.00pm, or at weekends will be delivered within 2 working days.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery must be placed before 3.00pm Friday.

Parcels may be delayed if we feel further fraud prevention security checks need to be carried out.

If you are not in on the first delivery attempt DPD should leave a card through your door giving you further instructions. If you have not received this, please contact our Customer Service Team where we will be able to help track your parcel.

Any next day orders completed by 3pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Any next day orders completed after 3pm on Friday up to 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Can I return my order to you?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, We give our customers up to 14 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on. We only authorise returns that are returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging and folding correctly and neatly in the return bag.

Products must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition (I.E with no visible wear and tear/damage)

If the tags have been removed this deems the item non returnable.

How do i exchange my order for a different size or style? 

If you would like to return your order for another size or style. Please fill in your returns form and in the box provided, let us know what size and style you would like in exchange. 

The jacket and waistcoat must be returned as a pair and can not be mix and matched for another size. 

The trousers you can return for a different size if needed. When requesting a new size, please use UK sizing.

Sizing on the tags of the trousers are EU sizing. 

How should I return my parcel?

Please ensure you complete and enclose the returns form template included with your original order. If you have misplaced this please include some paper work telling us your details(name and order number) and why you are returning your order.

If a parcel is returned without paperwork enclosed with the goods it is impossible for us to identify the sender. We therefore cannot issue a refund/exchange for the parcel.

We strongly recommend using a trackable method to send items back to us, such as royal mail 1st class recorded delivery, or a similar method which gives you a tracking number. We recommend this because if items get lost in the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any lost items.

Using a tracked service will enable you to claim from your chosen delivery company in the unfortunate circumstance that a parcel may go missing. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your return has been processed.

Your refund for the total RRP value of the returned item(s) (excluding original postage paid) will be issued to the payment method used to pay originally for the item.

Please allow 15 working days from the date of posting your parcel to us for your returned items to be processed and your refund to be issued. Once a refund is issued from us please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to reach your account. This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer, and is outside of our control.

We regret that we do not provide free returns at this moment in time so return postage is at the customers expense. We do however send first exchanges out for FREE OF CHARGE to you. If you require another exchange a shipping charge will be required.

Customs Charges

As part of Brexit – at the end of 2020 – a trade deal was agreed upon between the UK and the EU.
At first, most people assumed that having a trade deal would result in no import duty or customs charges between the UK and Ireland or the rest of the EU. But that was not the case.

The EU/UK trade deal only applied to products coming into the EU from the UK that are made in the UK.
This means that there may be Irish customs charges on some items purchased in the UK and delivered to Ireland.
It also means that goods originally made in an EU country, exported to the UK, and then sold on to Ireland (or another EU country) may also be subject to import duty.
